Does life feel insufficient or lacking meaning? Is your couple relationship in difficulties, or does your sexual relationship leave you less than satisfied? As a psychotherapist, couples therapist and psychosexual therapist perhaps I can help you.
We are often unaware of the forces at work beneath our conscious awareness, assuming that our problems can be fixed by reviewing what we think we already know about ourselves. Much lies beyond our comfortable supposition that 'we are who we are'. We are much more than we ever reckoned, and therapy can help us to uncover hidden adaptations, complexes and motivating factors that operate outside of our awareness. This has been my experience and it could be yours. As Carl Jung wrote, 'Healing comes only from what leads the patient beyond himself and beyond his entanglements in the ego.'
